Hibernia Homestead Bank Board Member Named Maritime Person of the Year
Hibernia Bank is pleased to announce that H. Merritt Lane III, president and CEO of Canal Barge Company, Inc., has been named the Maritime Person of the Year by the Propeller Club of the United States Port Authority of New Orleans, in recognition of Canal Barge's 75 years of service to the Marine Industry. Mr. Lane, a board member of Hibernia Homestead Bank, was honored at the Plimsoll Club in the World Trade Center in early October.
